As the nights start to get darker and the weather gets colder it can be really hard to stay motivated and disciplined to do what is needed to achieve ones goals......throw in some brain fog on the side and an array of internal and external factors and we run the risk of going into hibernation and losing momentum completely.
Do you ever wondered why other people seem to coast through life with so much energy and confidence, yet you seem to just feel exhausted and stuck?
Am I right in thinking that you have already tried a lot of things to help yourself feel better? .
You may have tried all the latest self help strategies, read all the books and listened to all the podcasts, yet nothing seems to work.
The more self development work you do the more aware you become of the gap between where you currently are and where you want to be.........that gap feels huge and scary and out of reach.
Luckily, I have a solution for you, an opportunity to use creativity break free from the cycle of constantly starting again and constantly feeling like you are justifying your very existence.
Art has the power to improve mental health and provide ways to calm the nervous system to relieve stress, anxiety or overwhelm.
Making and experimenting with art materials can energise and boost ones mood and help to explore, express and regulate emotions.
Imagine waking up every morning feeling confident, energised and grounded, able to express yourself, knowing exactly who you are and what you believe in.
What would it feel like for you to dedicate more time to making art and really immerse yourself in the creative process whilst being supported to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing?
I'm excited to tell you all about my group coaching program......
What is the Creative R+R?
The Creative R+R is a 28 day program where you are encouraged to use creativity as a means of self expression and self care.
The R+R part provides the reset, rest, refresh, restore and recovery that you need, whilst cranking up your creativity and boosting your confidence.
You are encouraged to explore different art and creative ideas to express yourself as well as learning new skills and techniques for your art.
This program offers a unique approach providing flexibility and balance as it sits between creativity and mindset coaching and self care practices.

4x weekly zoom sessions to create and connect
You are encouraged to make as much or as little art as you like and whilst having a variety of art materials can be useful you can start with just a small selection such as pencil crayons, pastels and paint.
You may like to use a sketchbook or individual sheets of paper to create art and record your ideas much like having a creative journal. As your artwork develops you may decide to work bigger, on canvas or other surfaces and can make 2D art such as collage, paintings or drawings or 3D making sculptures or crafts from different materials.
There are no requirements to have loads of art skills or experience or have studied art previously to take part in the program and I always say that expression is more important than perfection.
You will be encouraged to express yourself using art in different ways as well as if you prefer to introduce, music, dance, poetry, comedy or whatever form of creativity suits you.
Whilst the focus is not on the teaching of skills through the coaching and group accountability there are ample opportunities to improve your skills as well as to develop ideas.
The weekly zoom sessions will last around 90 mins and you are encouraged to attend the sessions however if you were unable to attend you can still get some outstanding results from the program. Thursdays throughout November at 7.30pm
You can access the resources and watch the training videos in your own time and its up to you as to how much time you dedicate to your art and creative practise. Some people find it helpful to block out a period of time each day and others prefer to allocate one or two days in the week to make art.
If you choose the VIP option for £97 you will be provided with a 1-1 session with me to support you further. You can use it to help you to embed some of the principles looked at during the program or work on something else.
1-1 sessions can be taken up to 3 months after the start of the Creative R+R program and will take place online.
As a bonus for taking part in this group program ( VIP option) I am providing you with access to my online course THERAPEUTIC EXPRESSIVE ART. This is an online self study course covering different ways to use art therapeutically so is an ideal accompaniment to this course. There are 3 modules; Materials and Techniques, Emotional Regulation and Self Expression.
Within this course there are monthly online sessions called CREATIVE HANGOUTS and so you will be able to take part in these in addition to the other aspects of the course.
